Every price range, district breakdown, and cost estimate on this site is built from real market data. We analysed 110+ production kitchen listings across the UK to compile pricing by city and district, cross-referenced with operator interviews and industry reports. Our cost calculator uses these midpoint rates, adjusted for business type and occupancy costs, so you get realistic numbers — not guesses.
